@wendyburn @anothermarcusa Unfortunately they take the good bits from our jobs that we've spent years competing for with a fraction of the education and the sacrifice so the doctors can do the ward admin. This is the reality. For juniors they add nothing.

@juliaisobela There's some toxic people in theatres, actually everywhere. I remember me and my reg struggling with a ?laryngospasm After extubation and the theatre sister screamed at us because she was going through the WHO checklist and we weren't listening.

@DrNeilStone I'd never disrespect any scientist, I did a pre medical school.acience degree and its was fucking hard. Friends who went onto do masters etc I have mad respect for. Last x mas in ED we were sending chocolates via the pod to biochem/haem/micro and they sent us thank you notes.

I actually left him on AMU alone while I took am actual bleep free break, when I got back I've never seem someone so stressed and out of their depth

@VirtueOfNothing @RCoANews How many anaesthetists didn't get ST4 jobs? There's no shortage of people wanting to do anaesthetics this is BS. You also cannot force anaesthetists to supervise 2:1, the AAs are in no position to demand this.

Medicine is completely different and the PA course is nowhere equivalent plus then postgraduate years of nights/oncalls where we learn our craft. Theyre nowhere near the same, even PA-med students agree
