I was at work when a nurse colleague came in sick. We had no FFP3 masks. She was in her 30s, scared, had kids at home and could not breathe. A day later a doctor came in sick. The nurse recovered. The doctor died on ITU. Don't tell me we didn't risk our lives. We are not liars.

Many people probably won't realise how HUGE it is for the gay community to see two men dancing together on Strictly. I can't hold my husbands hand in the street due to the real fear we could be attacked. This is huge and I am so excited to see it. #Strictly

Our triage nurse was punched in the face last night. She is angry but ok. She initially did not want the police involved "what good will that do?" Police @LancsPolice were excellent, he has been arrested and they say they will be prosecuting the person. #zerotolerance

Head injury in elderly guy. Found at side of road with lots of kids around. Police thought he had been assaulted. However, kids had used tissues and their shirt sleeves to press on his bleeding head. They had sat with him for 1 hour, kept him safe. Kids can be brilliant.

Just heard someone blame NHS staff, saying they were getting ill and self certifying for 28 days. This person doesn’t understand being ill in the NHS. First day sick, you get multiple telephone calls. Second day sick, you get more calls. You feel so guilty you go back.
