Cancer update. Just spoke to my gynaecologist. Worst case scenario it’s spread + I’ll need chemo. Best case I’ll need a hysterectomy in January. And even then, the cancer is likely to recur meaning more surgery and chemo. I am 33. I am too young for this. I’m broken. Help.
