How it’s not a national scandal that PAs are being substituted for doctors is beyond me. 30 hospitals leaked rotas showing PAs on doctor rotas. The public need to be aware of this and need to decide if this is the healthcare service they and their loved ones deserve

3 GPs were made redundant this week. Their salaries would have been £110k ish We’re seeing 12 PAs being hired at between £70k-90k If we look at NHS ‘productivity’ alone it’ll require 3-4 PAs to replace a GP(with most like worse outcomes) This is about creating a 2 tier system
