Can anyone answer the question of what unique skills PAs bring to the medical MDT that don’t exist amongst the highly qualified & trained professionals already there? Can anyone answer the question of what unique skills AAs bring to the anaesthetic workforce at all?

As someone in national policy? I am yet to understand what a PA will contribute to an MDT in a #Diabetes setting that existing members already aren't What will a PA provide beyond a nurse colleague, pharmacist, dietitian, podiatrist, public health expert etc? What is the role?
