It’s possible that this is the case @danny_mercer Have had DMs of other Salford ‘Dr’ PAs too There’s little chance the PAs are unaware, if it isn’t intentional (titles are dictated too) This makes it no better - patient and doctors are being mislead, and Salford need to sort.

Just give GPs the money and the goal to achieve and they will smash it. If you want to ring-fence the money for "staffing" then let GPs decide what staff they need GPs will happily utilise the ARRS roles that are truly additive or hire non-ARRS staff if they will be a better fit
