So this is the "intense course" in PA Studies that physician associates claim equates to studying medicine in 2 years instead of 5. Monday - PBL + a lecture. Tuesday - GP clinic. Wednesday - teaching in the afternoon, morning free. Thursday - PBL. Friday - day off.

Yesterday was my last day at Homerton for my first ever hospital placement as a med student. It’s been an absolute blast and goodbyes are never easy. There’s been good points and not so good ones but I suppose they’ve all shaped who I am 8 weeks later. Until next time 🫡

Idk if this is a hot take but only a QUARTER?!?! My Dad made me get a job at 16 because he was like it’s so so important to learn how to deal with people and tbh I’ve never been so thankful. Working since this age has helped me so much on placement and it shows
