@AlexNevard Is what it says: guidance. Whole lot better than vacuum that preceded it. Problem is that ‘scope’ is such a terrible word / concept. Time honoured way to refine ‘scope’ is to establish and reinforce clinical hierarchy. Which can be ‘flat’ rather than pyramidal but must exist.

@iDrSunny He said he USED TO work in Comms department, so might not have had all the ‘senior’ perks. Ironically, his job involved ‘reassuring’ stakeholders about MAPs, yet he discovered it’s a pack of lies. This is THE part that is so telling.

@trishgreenhalgh EGM should consider that establishment of FPA was a error and this should be put right or time compounds it. NOT WITHSTANDNG ‘legal or funding risks’ NOR incoming regulation. FPA may be subject to re ratification? GMC had to apologise for historical wrongs & RCP should heed that.
