@edwinhayward May I draw your attention to a bit of UK law that enshrines all of those? The Human Rights Act 1998. Leaving ECHR does nothing to alter UK law. We are also signatories to the UN fundamental charter on Human Rights, should the UN be permitted to rule on UK proceedings?

It certainly does not work for my ambulance, every minute delay makes cardiac arrest 10% less survivable, I am already on average 7 mins and 19s away. Longer routes, on more congested roads.
