@thedailybeast As usual, he's completely confused. This isn't a trial. It's a hearing. I served on a Grand Jury. Not the same, but, I quickly learned that it's not about the accused or his/her defense. It's about presenting the facts. Trial is later. I think a lot of people don't get that.
