@AshleyNealDI @theJeremyVine Be interested to see your analysis. As a driver it was obvious the (more vulnerable) road user in front would need to move lane. Basic motoring anticipation - confirmed by the head movements, then hand signal. Sheer impatience and lack of care on the driver's part.

@MikeyCycling @MikeyCycling - does the Met mind you 'hunting for' mobile phone drivers? My local force have warned me not to 'alter the course of my journey' to get clearer footage of an offence, ie cycle back in the opposite direction, or they'll ban me from submitting.
