Be interested to see your analysis. As a driver it was obvious the (more vulnerable) road user in front would need to move lane. Basic motoring anticipation - confirmed by the head movements, then hand signal. Sheer impatience and lack of care on the driver's part.

@MikeyCycling
- does the Met mind you 'hunting for' mobile phone drivers? My local force have warned me not to 'alter the course of my journey' to get clearer footage of an offence, ie cycle back in the opposite direction, or they'll ban me from submitting.
@Mad_1nventor
To be fair, I think the other cyclist was correct. Bit of a dodgy move for the pedestrians (it's not a crossing) with a vehicle coming up behind, though you'd be justified in reporting the Audi (...) for the close pass.
@smallfoggyhouse
though the prevalence of warning letters also makes me want to report every little thing so they're more likely to get a repeat incident and thus a prosecution, ho hum
@neilt1978
*buddy
60 reports so far this year - close passes, phones, reg plates, red lights etc - anything that potentially threatens my body or nice car
@WarksCyclist
Looked OK. Personally I would've overtaken completely over the centre line - was that the issue perhaps? Not enough room given for the speed they were doing?

@leeroyjones73
geekery of the highest order! i'm just trying to do my spreadsheet. f*ck-ton of close passes recently. they seem to be getting closer too.
