This is terrifying. Doc asks to "taper down" service for short while, recipient says pause = 'semantics' that doc inappropriately stopped "Can I have a laptop?" 'We don't have any yet but note interest' Learn they now have so ask for 1 "as promised" = dishonesty not semantics

@markbishopuk It’s not for public sector workers to prop up public services other than via general taxation like everyone else.Extensive erosion of public sector reward has caused much of the mess we are in now as we are unable to retain staff. So in answer to your question, no.

Went to an open day with the lad. We discussed what being a student would be like so he decided to load up while bank of dad is still active 🤣 "Jumbo Feast for 4" 😱 It was rather tasty and we demolished just enough to save some for breakfast 😋

@AlexNevard Another problem with unselected requesting is: 1. scatter approach. Request US/CT/MRI & see what gets done first 2. Same exam requested multiple times by different people during an admission No checking by clinicians what already done or cancelling if no longer needed

Here is a clear demonstration of dishonesty, not a disputed interpretation of an email which others might also reasonably interpret the same way 1/2

Took a "im sure it will be -ve but better had" test today after feeling under weather. Came back +ve 😢 @boltonnhsft lab service to be proud of. Same day test & result. u never hope to use it but when u do our diagnostic services are here for you @michelleljcox @ryancalderbank1
