Let’s be clear on this. If GP practices collapse, the NHS will collapse. The writing is on the wall as closures escalate. 2015 @Jeremy_Hunt promised 5000 more FTE GPs by 2021. Reality - 2000 fewer. Consequent cost will infinitely higher, so bad fiscal sense not to sort this out.
