Staff at Ysbyty Gwynedd organised an entire wedding in just a few days so that one of their terminally ill patients could marry her partner of 21 years on Christmas Eve.
Staff on Ffrancon Ward went to extraordinary lengths to make sure Duane and Lynda Bailey’s day was special.
🥳🎂🎈Being in hospital is not the best way to spend any birthday, let alone a special occasion like your 100th birthday!
However, staff on Mason Ward at Wrexham Maelor Hospital rallied together to ensure their patient, Ellen Robinson, had a special day.
