If you are staunch and certain in your beliefs, you are easy to manipulate.
Keeping an open mind includes being open to the idea that you might be wrong, and that those who say things that align with your beliefs might be lying.

My guess is that there are a number of separate shots stitched together, most of them consisting of a camera operator moving the camera similarly to how a ball would move.

The human eye/mind is genuinely horrible at telling how much volume a shape has. The easiest way to test this would be to get a 3D model of the plane and see how much volume the wings take up. That would at least give a sense of probability.
I may try this myself, but not today.

I heard my uncle use that word the other day to describe his mental difficulties to a doctor (he was left mentally handicapped after an accident that almost killed him as a toddler).
Would that be an example of it being okay?

I don't think it repaired it. I think it just lost enough pressure that things stopped being pushed out. Like if you make a hole in a balloon without popping it, it will reach a size of equilibrium where it's at rest with some air in it.

If you are not willing to explain your point of view, it only comes across as you being unable to articulate your point of view.
And if you're blaming someone else for you not explaining it, you seem like a jerk at the same time.
@beauregardbias
It's a wedding scene between the characters. They're sandworm breeders (AKA Bene Gesserit) and they just closed a sale of a skyscraper-sized worm to the Fremen who used it as a Dowry to have their queen marry Paul Atreides.
It's the opening scene, so not really spoilers

Something I've noticed in US black culture is that during high-energy conflicts there's a tendency to repeat a phrase over and over. Just an interesting little tidbit.
I won't reply to anyone hating on black people.
Or anyone at all. I'll probably mute this one immediately.
@billyhumblebrag
I think the main concern is not for the balls but just as a wake-up call to how saturated we are with this stuff.
As a side note, chemical reactions are not the only way that a material can interact with the systems of the body.
@ParanormaIVideo
So what information is the Kinect getting that isn't displayed? Because as far as visual light, there's nothing there for it to draw a stick figure on.
@HESTWlCK
That's a good point.
And for the point of view that it's round, so it's like a head, most fruit is drawn by children without a face, but the sun very regularly has a face.

I don't think they definitely had sex, but I'd be interested in hearing about the sexual dynamic.
(and I do accept that they may have had sex)

It's called that because the disc needs to be a superconductor for this to work, and superconductivity is a quantum action.
Normal magnetic attraction would not stick an object into the air like that. Maybe you could balance it, but not like this.

My friend tells me about the "duck man" which was a shadow behind his dresser than would talk to him. He still remembers it. He told me that this image gave him similar vibes.

I couldn't even make sense out of thanos's idea. Bring balance by half the people being dead and have the people being alive, as if there was something fundamental about the current population of the universe
