The Gillette ad and WEMA bank ad are not remotely the same. In fact, they are opposite. The former was reinforcing a stereotype that men are flawed, in need of fixing. The latter is shattering the stereotype of women being blameless saints in relation to societal issues.

It’s been 3 weeks since a well known politician was caught on camera killing two unarmed civilians. He hasn’t been arrested. His bank account has not be frozen. His passport has not been seized. But a whole CBN is going out of it’s way to get accounts of ordinary people frozen

Here is a man promising to give Nigeria 10 MILLION jobs EVERY YEAR. (The same promise Buhari made 😬). But when asked how he intends to do it he started mumbling about agriculture and industrialization. This is the same answer we’ve been hearing since 1970. No clear ideas.
