@henrywinter @JohnDugganSport Conte isn’t interested in working to change the culture. Yesterday’s rant was the self interest of a narcissist whose anti football tactics have not made the best of what we have. That doesn’t mean there is no blame elsewhere, but he is culpable too.

@SpursOfficial attempting to strangle the FAB at birth by reverting to the old ‘we’ve heard your view but will be doing exactly what we want anyway’ approach. But talking of absorbing rising costs, who’s absorbing the board’s pay rises?

I see people asking ‘what about younger fans?’ when we say @saveoursenior66 . About 10 years ago, the Trust got the age cut off up from 16 to 18. Abt 6 years ago it got a Young Adult category for 18-21 yo. So that battle has been fought, but if they axe seniors, YA are next.

@TheSpursExpress It doesn't matter who they appoint if they have no plan and no commitment to stick with it. 'Try to get top 4' isn't a plan that will work. It does look worryingly like they are prepared to keep making the same mistake.

@adamdnathan I think the thing to do is convince the club board we all think it's a terrible idea, then they can ignore everyone and be very clever by seeing what no one else can and make an appointment that might work. The old double bluff.

@gareththomas54 @henrywinter @JohnDugganSport I don’t buy this ‘all the players are rubbish’ line. He’s not using some properly, Son in particular, he’s taken some backwards (Bissouma esp), and he has plenty of his own picks. There’s room for improvement, but his refusal to take any responsibility is wrong.

@pokeefe1 @Jonny_2607 @SpursTalkShow @henrywinter The key question is how much income will be raised through this price hike? Gate receipts are a small % of club income. Maybe the FAB, which can discuss the club’s business plan, can find out the business justification.
