@CynicalPublius You’re correct. The egregious behavior was publicizing pictures of potential evidence right after the execution of a SW in a case that was 100% going to go to trial. DOJ/FBI hardly EVER does that. It was done for the purpose of damaging the defendant and poising the jury pool.
