Social workers, like FD and EMS, would stage a block back. They might say "go get her" and maybe "good luck" to the cops.

I wish they WOULD send "Social Workers" to these "scenes".
We've got entirely too many "Social Workers" these days & sending them "in" would help "control the numbers".

Point is that the entire defund police bowel movement exists to create useless permanent do-zero jobs for unemployable people and increase crime to get even more. A massive scam at public safety expense.
