@RyanShead 1. Yep that’s bullshit. 2. It’s my understanding that Justices are honor bound to try to avoid even the appearance of bias/wrongdoing. Any reasonable person would see this and feel uncomfortable. It erodes trust. Is he saying he didn’t even consider that or doesn’t care?
