I stopped after the last to look back at the beautiful, empty #Saratoga grandstand... and was instead unbelievably touched to catch this. @iradortiz , leading rider, getting one of those hugs you could live in forever from Pito Rosa, who was instrumental in starting his NY career.

I adored this post- #BC19 Juvenile moment. Jockey Juan Hernandez piloted Anneau d'Or in what was, I believe, his first BC mount. They were narrowly defeated at 25-1, and Hernandez gave the colt a massive, lingering hug as soon as he dismounted.

Exiting the vaccine site at #BelmontPark takes people out of the building on the clubhouse apron so they can walk out of the gate. I got such a kick out of watching people pause to marvel at the track during the break, let alone once horses appeared! Most did. Get your shots!
