While this piece cites our @HarvardIOP poll that "just 4-in-10" said they would vote, it doesn't offer the perspective that in the last 32 years no more than 21% of youth have EVER turned out. What it does say, however, is that in GEORGIA, TURNOUT AMONG 18-29s IS ALREADY 21%.
