@jemillerbalt I broke my own rule and visited Baltimore County yesterday. I took the light trail to Hunt Valley and found myself as the only pedestrian in a sea of cars. I thought I was going to die walking along a road without sidewalks or shoulder. I was so glad to get back to the city.
