Twitter now is like walking back into your favorite neighborhood pub and finding that the live local bands are now Nickelback karaoke, the craft beer is now Bud Light, and the worldly barkeep is now some asshole named Chad.
So it turns out all of the "Biden can cancel student loans by EO" people who were crowing about today get to eat a nice big plate of it:
Biden didn't use an executive order.
He used authority granted to him in LEGISLATION passed and signed by Republicans.
(Thread)
So let's unpack a little of what would take for
@JoeBiden
to get Tara's complaint removed. First, some basics.
It was 1993.
He was Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee.
@AlexArrelia
This reminds me of the time when some evangelical was claiming about a website ads posting gay porn, and their SM account pointed out that they use adsense which simply matches ads to your search history.
They deleted their account.
I laughed.
It was a good day.
@tattooed_bug
Greetings sir,
We have considered your application. Once we finished laughing, we forwarded your contact information to our lab's security team and local law enforcement.
They'll be calling you for an interview soon.

First thing I noticed was no nurse would wear a nice silver watch with scrubs because it's likely to be covered in sputum, vomit, blood, bike, urine, feces, or scratched to hell by the end of one shift.
The "RN" tag in sharpie? Maybe she visited the White House recently.
@tattooed_bug
Also, I have to point out that for a dude who wants to do STEM research, he
a) didn't do one bit of research about the lab he was applying to.
b) sent an email to a woman named Maureen.
10/10 yikes, would not recommend.

that's because teachers no longer are on school boards. Businesses and parents are.
And they converted schools into daycare centers and college prep areas.

You can boil every faux-educated, pseudointellectual, and religious argument down to that simple point: fear.

Cutting the antenna activates the Freedom Lovers Adore Trump or FLAT protocol, that hissing sound is normal, simply just the FLAT protocol reconfiguring your vehicle for patriot mode.
So I decided there's enough information to put this into a thread. This pertains to those obscure codes on the disbursing form Tara Reade posted herself in 2019. They didn't get much attention, but I think I'm going to change that.

If you're butthurt now, wait till you find out the elementary schools cancel their Christmas programs because a nativity scene involves "birth" and a "virgin".
Congratulations, you killed Christmas.
Even the word "Christmas", is a translation of Christ's Mass, aka his BIRTH.
@Acyn
Ahem.
That's not how any of this works.
No declassification markings, it's classified at the highest level on the document.
And if something is declassified, the original classifying agency has to be notified within 30 days.
Neither happened.
In short, this is the EXACT timeframe Reade's complaint was supposedly made.
Right in the middle of the largest Government Ethics Scandal since Watergate, with thousands of interviewers scouring the capital looking for a scoop.
until they were donated in 2011. So that would mean that not only did the ethics committee, the special committee, and the solicitor general miss the complaint, so did Rick Davis, McCain's political analyst when he looked. So did Karl Rove. and 6 other campaigns since 1994

Even graduating Ranger training doesn't make you a Ranger.
I graduated Ranger training as a Marine. I have a Ranger tab in my box o military stuff. But I would NEVER call myself a Ranger just because I graduated from the school. Because I didn't "live that life".
Impossible? Not for James Bond or Jason Bourne. But Joe Biden? Not likely that he gets through a-f for almost 30 years with out a single person noticing. Especially when you consider that his record (including his senate personal records) were public record ...
So, in order for that record to disappear - Biden would've had to:
a) convince an independent panel in no mood for misconduct to not turn it over to the ethics board
b) convince them that 100% of the documentation is personal rather than agency property
c) hope Tara doesn't also tell the cacophony of reporters eager for a Packwood scoop that she was also harrassed
d) or doesn't report it to the open inquiry panel presiding in the senate.
e) hope that his conduct wasn't recorded on the massive CCTV network in Capitol hill
Now when a formal complaint is filed of ANY nature, a copy goes to the issuer, a copy to the defendant, and a copy to goes to OPM as part of an audit trail. Doesn't matter whether it's frivolous or not. That's the policy. For both staffers and Senators, it goes both ways.
@Acyn
Also, a federal appeals court ruled in 2020 that simply saying something isn't classified does not meet the requirements to declassify a document. The steps outlined in EO13526 must be followed.
A President CAN declassify anything that they want, but not without doing the work

COVID is a vascular disease transmitted via the respiratory system, NOT a respiratory disease.
We in the biochemistry community didn't explain this well enough early on.
If blood flows to it, COVID can affect it.
Brain, lungs, heart, and yes - testicles.
Because of the work of Nancy Pelosi, we have the OCE: Office of Congressional Ethics, which establishes the guidelines we now are accustomed to regarding congressional misconduct.
f) hope that OPM somehow loses any and all agency records of the complaint and
g) hope that as chairperson of the Senate Judiciary Committee, his records aren't audited by GAO regularly (narrator: they are.)

@collie_plus_8
Just so no one's surprised, the reason they're doing this is so that parents will protest, and then fewer girls will play high school sports, which then they will use as justification to cutting funding for the programs.
Their ultimate goal is no girl's sports.
This trial started in January, and extended through November of 1993. The exact time the complaint was said to have been made. For those of you not alive or who forgot - it was a nonstop media fiasco at the Capitol in 1993.
So at this time, the Senate was already actively looking for any complaints of assault or harassment.
Then in 1994, the Ethics in Government Act passed, which gave the independent council near carte blanche when it came to reviewing documents, security cameras, and visitor logs.
This is because persuant to federal records guidelines, the records of personnel do not belong to the Senators they work for. They belong to the government. They transfer, they keep the same record. It just changes who they report to until they no longer work for the Senate.
So let's assume that Biden DID receive a complaint. Sake of argument. Pursuant to the rules set forth in JCOC, an independent panel would've reviewed the claim and determine whether there was evidence to proceed. This would be agency papers per the FOIA guidelines
and therefore a copy would be made for his record, a copy for her records, and a copy for OPM for audit purposes. This would've occurred during a period of time when the Senate just got embarrassed with Packwood's diaries and subsequent ethics hearing.

Some were complaining that they didn't get Mirandized when they were arrested.
They should consider themselves lucky. They're foreign actors attacking supply chains in an attempt to undermine governmental policy.
If they were named Achmed, they'd be charged with terrorism.
This outlines it fairly well. This was written in 1984, and clearly outlines what is personal vs agency property when it comes to records. This applies to all government employees.
This is the Senate Ethics Committee report, where they clearly state that for months prior , they were taking depositions from any woman that would come forward regarding Packwood.
A video regarding the process of the investigation and the committee welcoming any woman who had a grievance to come forward and speak on the grounds of anonymity.
Note the date. April, 1993. Right after JCOC, and right before the Ethics in Govt Act.
Ironically, in 1993, the Joint Committee on Organization of Congress, Ethics Committee was underway in February.
The result? In the Senate at least, more empowerment to victims by allowing non-member inquiry panels to review complaints .
This process is used along with the ethics review system to ensure that all violations in ethics are not only documented in agency records, but also investigated.
@kyledcheney
So that means that Trump kept his passports in a box of classified materials.
But I thought the latest argument was that he didn't know what was in the boxes.
So after watching the

One of the amazing things to me is how a movie cannot simply be "pro woman", but it must be "anti-man".
How is a movie promoting women in the exact same way thousands of movies have promoted men somehow "anti-man"?

And then we have the check bouncing issue, and then 4 days later, another code: TERM. Now, I did you guys the solid of looking and seeing is there another code for "resignation"? Yes there is, NOAC 317. So what this means - Is Tara didn't resign. She was terminated.

mRNA vaccines don't care if the virus mutates after binding. They allow the body to preemptively stop the virus from ever binding, by "teaching" your immune system the genetic code of the spike protein, so it can kill it before it attaches to your cells.
Thats a gamechanger.

That's an AT4, and from the looks of the wire running along from the firing trigger to the piezo ignitor on the bottom, it's a trainer, used in bootcamp to teach proper firing procedures.
The siracha ranch sauce being wielded by the Subway worker has more kick.
If we go through the document, we'll see that on pg 17-28, that same code pops up. And what does it say?
"Reduction in an employee’s base rate of
pay within a salary range based on unacceptable
performance and/or conduct."
This wasn't "informal" It was DOCUMENTED.
@TheSurvivaITips
As a Marine who was actually trained in this sort of stuff
A) give up your wallet first
B) if you have to go after the gun, DON'T do it this way.
C) primary goal is to clear your body of the line of fire, and this doesn't do it.
D) This isn't the movies.

So now here's the questions:
Why was she let go on the 24th only to be rehired on the 29th?
What did she do that got her pay docked for two pay periods that was harsh enough it needed to be documented
And what rule was she terminated under?
See NOAC 357 covers a WIDE range of things, most of them bad. In fact, one of the key aspects in common with nearly all NOAC 357 rulings is that the "employee does not have appeal rights" (Pg 31-25,31-26) So the Rule - matters.
But in no case is that "I quit my job."
@chris_notcapn
The problem with viruses like HIV was one of the 1st things they did after binding was mutate so that they appeared benign to the immune system. It didn't realize they were there.
And up until now, common vaccines require your body to recognize the virus first.
mRNA does not.
What is Pay Adm Dec? It's an administrative code for having your pay docked due to misconduct. In her case, 2 pay periods worth.
Here's the relevant document:
NOAC 897: Within range reduction (Pg 17-3)

And no one holds a grudge like WW.
So can we finally bury Bernie's lie that it takes only 50 votes to override the Parliamentarian ?
Because as everyone just saw, it takes 60 to override a point of order, which is why the insulin provision was stripped by a vote of 57/43.
