Now when a formal complaint is filed of ANY nature, a copy goes to the issuer, a copy to the defendant, and a copy to goes to OPM as part of an audit trail. Doesn't matter whether it's frivolous or not. That's the policy. For both staffers and Senators, it goes both ways.

@Acyn Also, a federal appeals court ruled in 2020 that simply saying something isn't classified does not meet the requirements to declassify a document. The steps outlined in EO13526 must be followed. A President CAN declassify anything that they want, but not without doing the work

@rckfsh @erinokp99 COVID is a vascular disease transmitted via the respiratory system, NOT a respiratory disease. We in the biochemistry community didn't explain this well enough early on. If blood flows to it, COVID can affect it. Brain, lungs, heart, and yes - testicles.

This is because persuant to federal records guidelines, the records of personnel do not belong to the Senators they work for. They belong to the government. They transfer, they keep the same record. It just changes who they report to until they no longer work for the Senate.

@chris_notcapn mRNA vaccines don't care if the virus mutates after binding. They allow the body to preemptively stop the virus from ever binding, by "teaching" your immune system the genetic code of the spike protein, so it can kill it before it attaches to your cells. Thats a gamechanger.

If we go through the document, we'll see that on pg 17-28, that same code pops up. And what does it say? "Reduction in an employee’s base rate of pay within a salary range based on unacceptable performance and/or conduct." This wasn't "informal" It was DOCUMENTED.

See NOAC 357 covers a WIDE range of things, most of them bad. In fact, one of the key aspects in common with nearly all NOAC 357 rulings is that the "employee does not have appeal rights" (Pg 31-25,31-26) So the Rule - matters. But in no case is that "I quit my job."

@chris_notcapn The problem with viruses like HIV was one of the 1st things they did after binding was mutate so that they appeared benign to the immune system. It didn't realize they were there. And up until now, common vaccines require your body to recognize the virus first. mRNA does not.
