The 2017 Recipient of the RL National #VolunteerHeroes Fund has been chosen as @CBMRT who have been awarded the sum of £5,000. Central Beacons suffered a huge fire in November and as one of the busiest MR teams in the UK we felt they were most in need of our support.

If you're part of a rescue team, using a manikin to assess your #operationalfitness can be useful. They provide a dead weight and won't 'help' you at all so you get an accurate idea of just how fit you are! Nat Ops Manager at SLSGB @adeymayhew_ said:
