In school there was a student (in the their late 30s) who asked the teacher if there was a chance that they could get hired. The teacher said no you’re wasting your time studios only hire young artists right out of school. The student ended up dropping out.

This is how I created the rope for the "Medieval Food Cart" project I am working on! Make cylinder, delete all but top face, duplicate so there is 4, make curve, select faces and curve, extrude, make divisions higher, twist as much as you want! Hope this helps!
