I think it was fine for Firewater to not accept a patron they didn't want & it's fine for an establishment to have any front door policy they choose.
Don't think many will want to turn away customers - but that's on them.
My argument is a consistent one of individual liberty.

1) It's not available for commercial and industrial use - it's a "could one day."
2) It needs inorganic sand, so it's not renewable or sustainable unlike timber.
3) It's more like mortar, so is inferior to concrete and timber.
