Friend of mine went on holiday, got Covid, but continued eating in restaurants, going maskless, meanwhile complaining abt how ill she felt. Asked her if she was concerned about infecting others, she stated, “They’ll never be able to pin it on me. I paid for my vacay, I’m going.”

Nailed it! Just spent an afternoon outside with family. Niece admits she & hubby recently were sick with the “flu”. Worst flu ever…they just attended large wedding. I stated, “It’s not flu season”…Huge backtrack…”We weren’t really that sick. It was really minor.” Hmmm…!!🤨🤔

This has been interesting to watch. In 2019, there was a measles case at a local restaurant in my small, rural BC town. Public health was on it like flint. Today, we get notices like this. No hospital where sick child stayed, no hotel identified, no restaurants mentioned, etc. 🤷‍♀️
