More 🇱🇰 scenes. Trekked up a couple of hills, drove around the Moon Plains, & saw the supposed mountain that Hanuman brought (according to our guide). People are friendly, & the Tamil comes in handy to chat with locals to get a better insight into life here...

Finally managed to carve out some time and go on a vacation with spouse. We're in Sri Lanka & it's fabulous! ❤️ First stop - the beautiful hills of Nuwara Eliyah! Also definitely coming back several kgs++, not taking any public speaking gigs for atleast a month after! 🤣

Umm 1.Its disinfecting not jhaado & dusting 2. @mybmc has sent people to every building with a case, incl where my work is & several friends whose buildings have seen +ve case. There are many things wrong with the health system & everything else, use your outrage where needed.

We don't really need to 'imagine' a scenario where the Taliban or similar forces have control over water resources/installations, we've seen it play out in Iraq & Syria to the detriment of the people. I stress here about how #water becomes a byproduct NOT cause of conflict 4/n

We might figure out a way to deal with the Taliban, aid the people of Afghanistan, but I hardly see any focus on this. The cascading effects, both within the country & with neighbourhood could prove much worse in the longterm, ones that we have little understanding off.

Sher Shah's tomb in Sasaram is incredibly beautiful, if undervisited & poorly maintained. If this is true, its ridiculous that we are turning this place, which can be an imp tourist spot, revenue, learning etc into a garbage dump. @officecmbihar @NitishKumar @activistritu
