Latest winning levelling up bids out, Eden Project in Morecambe is the biggie for the NW. But what about #Cheshire ? Cheshire West & Chester gets £13m for Ellesmere Port but misses out on £46m it asked for a new bridge over the River Weaver in Winnington.
