Motion 1 - put forward by Conservative councillors which called for the council to commission an inquiry into Together Energy was defeated

Motion 2 - put forward by Conservative councillors which called for the council to change its investment strategy was defeated

Motion 3 - put forward by Conservative councillors calling for no confidence in the leader and cabinet member for corporate resources was defeated

Motion 4 - put forward by Labour councillors calling for the leader to ask the town's MPs to use their influence to secure more funds for Warrington & for any political group who disagrees with the council's investment strategy to present an alternative budget was carried.

I was down there in December to watch a rock band, it's a lovely old venue isn't it ?.
However, i'm still not sold on the gig your'e going to be watching tonight. 😉😁
