@McFaul It’s the oil and gas revenue that gives the Kremlin the hard currency. While western companies leaving shows commitment to principles over profit if oil and gas funds can’t be cut then Putin continues to fund his war. It’s hard, but it’s necessary to stop the war.

I mean… you could just not run red lights… Here the Senator is trying to play the race card when data for speed camera show that it’s people who live outside the city who use the streets as speedways. Many cameras are at intersections where accidents frequently occur.

This is the thing. Putin really believes that the color revolutions were all at the hand of the west. Spontaneous demonstrations for human dignity and right’s can’t happen. It’s a sick and demented view of humanity but I firmly believe that this is how he sees people.

In a sign of how the Kremlin believes spontaneous public outbursts are impossible, you couldn't even buy tickets for this concert. Per Russian media, state employees and students were paid or forced to go. They shut the doors to stop them leaving before Putin's speech at the end
