@Jenni4Canesten @danobrien20 @businessposthq Fear of The Church. Control of The Church. For most of the last century we had consistent trauma, brainwashing and fear pervaded our lives, especially for women and children. This persisted well into the 90s. Catastrophic economic repressions. Mass emigration and unemployment.

@ShaunaCarberry3 Nope. They shd not be parked on the footpaths used by pedestrians, elderly, children, disabled etc. This has nothing do to with the cost of living crisis. Ppl could park in outskirts of city and take buses/trains into town. This type of parking can't and shdn't be condoned.

@ciarakellydoc Where is the evidence to justify opening them? Dr Tony stated last night that the studies are too small to warrant policy change. Unless yourself and Ronan McCreevy are more expert than Dr Tony? 🙄

@IrelandAMVMTV I would very much like to know what the hell gives Peter Casey the authority to speak on this issue? He is neither an educator nor a member of the travelling community and he is not an elected representative. Disgraceful to give this man a platform on this issue.

@RobOHanrahan @INTOnews So.... INTO came away from the meeting without an understanding of what PPE they achieved (or didn't) for their members during the biggest wave of infection we've seen since the pandemic began? Well, that says it all. I'll now be seriously considering my membership of INTO.

@newschambers Africa. 💔 When I think of Africa I get shivers down my spine. This virus will annihilate the poor people there. It's terrifying. And how can developed countries help if we are all on our knees? The horror.

@TarynDeVere @gavreilly @VirginMediaNews This is the crux of it. I don't care what the SVHG say. I want them OUT of this altogether. This hospital should be fully owned by the State. It's OUR NMH. #MakeNMHOurs

@FergalBowers @rtenews Fergal, could you please ask Nphet or HSE to define exactly what they mean by the phrase 'mass testing'. As far as I am aware these tests are of deemed close contacts in schools. 'Mass testing' conjures images of random large scale test events and is very misleading.

@oliveblogs So he is effectively saying that children rarely transmit the virus to any other person? Wtaf? I mean, that's clearly not true? If it is true, why do we have any safety procedures in schools at all?

@gavreilly This is very peculiar. So can anybody challenge a test result like this? Does this mean ER requested a second test? On what basis? Why was result of second test accepted as definitive? Lots of questions here to be answered.

If this is Norma being 'on the side of children with additional needs', I'd hate to see the other side. Everything she said a few months ago was politicking. Anyone who believes or believed otherwise needs to wake up.

Same SET allocation for the FOURTH year in a row while the number of children needing support have risen exponentially. And we face losing a teacher because we are ONE pupil short. In a DEIS Band-1 school. In the middle of a pandemic with no end in sight. #edchatie

Proof, if it were needed, that our union leaders are completely detached from the lived realities of their members. This is just laughable.

John Boyle from the @INTOnews said the government should pay for the flights home of teachers who could return to fill a vacancy in a primary or post-primary school. Said we need to roll out the "green carpet" for them.

@GERARDREILLY4 @dlooney I'll tell you who is driving her agenda. Ciara Kelly's enormous ego is driving her agenda. Her desire for attention is nothing short of pathetic.
