I have been contacted by many young associates who are just over the threshold, often with high personal outgoings as they are just starting out in life. They’ve worked damn hard and will continue working. Why should they lose everything? @TheBDA #COVID ー19

Over 6000 of you have provided the evidence on pay we've taken direct to the Chancellor. Dentists are not the 'super rich'. This service faces decimation without a fair deal for the self-employed.

The weather in Kos is dreamy today. If I’ve been slow responding to emails, calls etc. this is why. First abroad holiday since 2018, it’s been amazing to spend time with my littles and my husband with very few interruptions! Can see Turkey very clearly 🤩 #holiday #outofoffice

Bonus question; why are there only dentists who DON’T work in the GDS or even see patients AT ALL devising dental reform in Wales? I’ve had 50+ hours of clinical time wasted by no shows since April 1st and I’ll be the one financially clobbered, not them @TheBDA @Russell_WGDPC

I know this is going to be unpopular but I have to say it. Why are people with no knowledge of workforce, no understanding of safety critical work, no training/underpinning knowledge doing workforce planning in the #NHS ? Do they not realise how much damage they can do?
