Really frustrating that UK @BBCNews at 6.00 carry an item on the “national” Test & Trace service reaching less than 80% of positive cases. They mean England but that really wasn’t made clear. In Wales in the last week we reached 88% of positive cases.

This is dishonest and utterly predictable. I didn’t break the rules. I went on a local walk (within scooting distance of home for a 5yr old) and stopped to eat with my family. We then continued our daily exercise to get home. All within the rules.

I took part in a 4 Nations ministerial call this afternoon to consider the increase in Covid-19 cases in Spain. As a result I have amended @WelshGovernment regulations from midnight tonight to reintroduce quarantine for travellers from Spain.
