Working with South Wales Police Cardiff, our City Centre Warden team joined forces to crackdown on the use of these illegal bikes yesterday. 17 illegal e-bikes were seized. Capable of reaching 35 -40 mph, they are classed as motor bikes and require a licence and insurance.

Five defibrillators have been installed in Cardiff city centre within digital phone kiosks by JCDeacaux working with the Community Heartbeat Trust charity. 16 more are planned for the area. Defibrillators offer the best chance to save a life if a cardiac arrest happens.

🌳14 trees installed as part of the Castle Quarter Café have been replanted, forming a tree-lined avenue in a park in Butetown - an area with some of the lowest tree canopy coverage in Cardiff. More than 2000 trees will be planted in Cardiff this season.
