2018, more teachers resigned from the profession than any other year PRIOR. 2019, that number was SURPASSED. 2020, that number AGAIN SURPASSED. 2021, BROKE ALL RECORDS making it the biggest teacher resignation year of all-time. Question: Was anything learned? Answer: No! 😔

In Japanese schools, the students don't take any exams until 4th grade. WHY? The goal for the first few years of school is not to judge the child’s knowledge or learning, but to establish good manners & to develop their character. Should this philosophy be implemented in the US?
