I think a bigger problem than the narrow question of 'maximizing cash flows' is that so many owners treat apartments as PASSIVE income that they are willing to leave apartments empty because they think the process is too much work to be worth their target of income/work etc

Theoretically I guess I understand that but we should not subject 'where people live' to such a calculation, which is another factor in trading off vacancy for cash flows. "20% more cash for 50% more work" could easily make a Hustlegrindset landlord say 'fuck it'
