Can't see 2 identical-appearing cusps in long axis and be in true center of a valve that has 3 cusps. Once squared, major error in LVOT area and subsequent AVA and EOA. Note formula for predicted LVOT by BSA. Also, post TAVR new-LVOT measured from outer to outer stent frame.
