I have a thesis about Zoom / bottoms-up adoption in the enterprise. Over time, incumbents move up-market, charge more, fail to improve end-user UX and abandon their self-serve products. This leaves the door open for an equivalent product with modern UX to win SMBs...

4. Constant Anxiety Imagine your whole job is having ultimate accountability for the output and zero direct control on the input. Couple that with "go faster" from #2 above and constant "no" from #3 . You haven't PM'd until you've sighed and declared "I'm fucked."

5/ You have to have patience and give teams time to build their understanding before pulling the plug. We talk a lot about moving fast, iterating, etc in the growth world, but people rarely talk about how much time there is between successes. There's a lot of waiting.
