Someone whose governor is probably Ikpeazu or Ortom or Darius tagged El-Rufai as a failure. Regardless of your opinion about him, El-Rufai is one of the finest technocrats Nigeria has ever produced. What he did in Kaduna remains unprecedented and no twitter rants will undo that.

Gombe was created in 1996 but in terms of infrastructure, especially beautiful road networks,Gombe is far ahead of Anambra in all facets. It all boils down to good leadership. The truth is Obi did woefully as Governor in Anambra. If you disagree, provide evidence of his projects.

Gombe State has the best continuity-flow in northern Nigeria from 1999 to date. Hashidu contributed his own and left after a term. Goje changed Gombe massively through key infrastructure projects. He completed Hashidu’s Dadinkowa project and brought water to Gombe town.
