Hey, let’s take a sport that needs help growing, and scare everyone away. Great idea. Nobody has ever left the golf course saying, “man I just hit it too far today.”

rather than a spastic acceleration at the ball try the same speed throughout the whole shot. Shock me and try it. We’re only trying to help.

4th string back up host for The Tee Box, never had an E-Brake, and I’ve been known to navigate a golf course fairly well at a professional level, and I produce the cleanest balls…er golf balls you’ll ever see.

You could have a camera crew just following players trying to make the cut. Better experience than following a leader or premiere group on Friday, IMO.

2 takes as to why I like range finders.
1. Gives me a number to operate off of faster, no more scrambling for a sprinkler head. Still using my yardage book for information, but less searching.
2. When I’m way out of play I can save a lot of time getting back into play.

I’ll be number 2. Never seen much help from you, just people who got ripped off. Seen Ryan create opportunity for kids who never would have had anything. It’s not just about the pros, it’s about growing the game and that’s all he tries to do.

Bad take IMO. People work their whole life to make a final group, and grind for 3 days. If you earn that right to play in the final group, then you 100% deserve it.
@jjkilleentcu
I think this would actually be a fantastic bet, to actually put it to the test. Not saying who’s right or wrong, but I think this would be great to play out. Let’s do it.

Was an absolute pleasure! My only 3 pieces of advice, and I’d recommend breaking it down on the podcast: 1. Make birdies. 2. Try as hard as you can. 3. Get on a run. (For those who don’t get sarcasm, it’s a joke) Greg will talk about it at some point I’m sure!

They can all earn their way like everyone has their entire career. You don’t hand out tour status like participation trophies. They’re good enough and they’ll pave their way.
