I'm going to add to this and say that if 20mph limits become more prevalent that e-bike assist speed limit gets increased from 16mph to 20mph. So that people carrying loads on less streamlined bikes can keep up with the traffic on those roads.

So this was just sent to me.... The reason for the REQUEST (not demand) is so they can request CCTV footage from the bus company of themselves for an opsnap report after the bus performed a dangerous overtake with this driver coming the other way. Thanks for the publicity tho

@GoonerRichB They close roads for some park runs... People cycling to school, work etc reduces congestion etc so they are actually doing you a favour.
