One day, so many people will be utterly ashamed of their part in encouraging heterosexual males to hassle lesbians, for emboldening these same males that they feel entitled to get lesbian events shut down when we say "no". I hope that day is soon, but I have a long memory.

I do believe the pitchfork wielding mob may have gone too far. The attempt to cancel Roisin Murphy for expressing concern about PBs was stupid enough. Cancelling Richard Ayoade for writing a review of a book is just bizarre. The world can see how irrational this behaviour now is.

@jk_rowling Aw, now JK some are super special and need promoting on their own. Like this one, my favourite from the charming Mx Brennan - inciting the crowd at London Pride 2018 to assault lesbians. He later went on to actually assault Julie Bindel on Edinburgh Uni Campus.

Where did the mentality come from that lesbians should just sit back and say "ok, of course males can be lesbians". This is all utterly absurd to the point that yes is has damaged my mental health. Endless homophobic gaslighting takes its toll clearly.

What good does a misogynistic parody of women do to young girls struggling with their identity and sexuality. Are they supposed to identify with this?

Just had a row at our work xmas meal. One of the team is on long term sick and I suggested we send them some of the hamper a client gave our team. I was told that everyone else was overworked cos they are not here and so they shouldn't get anything. Was my suggestion wrong?

@HaydenHewitt @KatyMontgomerie @YouGov Yep, this is entirely down to the behavior of t activists. Like the appalling reaction to the BBC cotton ceiling article. A sensible reaction would have been to say "how awful, let's make some moves to protect lesbians". Instead lesbian were told to shut up.

It's males threatening to sexually assault lesbians - at a chuffing Pride event and the world is cheering it on. I am shocked how many are defending it

@jk_rowling I saw the live footage as it was broadcast, it was absolutely horrifying. I did think that someone was going to get seriously hurt. The mob were out of control. That @AucklandPride chose not to condemn what happened is telling.
