@TheChairmanGB It's the complainer's perception that decides whether it is a HATE incident or not. Even if it doesn't meet the threshold necessary to be considered a HATE CRIME, it must be recorded & held on Humza's record. Justice must be blind to position, religion, race, wealth, & politics.

Edinburgh Council Transport Department, so incompetently led by @CllrScottArthur , have finally done something sensible - they've corrected their previous folly by adding a filter lane which now allows vehicles to turn left onto London Road. Might be a bit tight for buses & HGVs.
