Just saw BBC's #EatWellForLess state that "meat free optionsare DEFINITELY better for the environment". Wrong. UK beef burgers are beautifully sustainable. Meat free burgers have huge carbon cost & are not sustainable. Disgusted at the BBC. @bbctv @GreggAWallace

Very few of us can live the dream the way Gareth & family do. But what we can do is buy our meat from proper, local butchers, farm shops, farmers markets, quality online sellers. Don't use supermarket meat. Put money into local communities, not offshore shareholders accounts.

Today's horror show was the Full Asda. Absolutely awful ingredients, the sausages, eggs & bacon were the second (and best!) attempt. Bacon was literally see-through, could see the red dot in the pan through it. RMS - eating shite so you don't have to.
