Always really struggled to grow parsnips so these are a triumph! Sprouting the seeds was the key then planting in sand/compost mix stopped the forking. Bit lacking in girth but sure they’ll be delicious 🤤 #gardening #gardeningtwitter #growyourown #homegrown #smallholding
