Attn Offshore Sportsbooks: I can attest that no one is betting 181 Ohio/Akron at -9 and 211 Liberty/UAB at -1.5. It's safe to a hang a line. we have a 5k limit on 181 and a 10k limit on 211. Set the limit at 25% of your normal game limit and open it up, trust me it will be ok.

the key is to break the betting public's spirit right from the jump. u want them to know that they have no chance to win and that resistance is futile. eventually a "surrender all funds" option will be embedded in most apps so that that the player doesn't have to bother wagering.
