@CMerandi We do ERAS stuff in addition to opioid therapy, but I would never expect people to go without pain medication that adequately treats their pain. We live in a very rich and prosperous country, and we should enjoy the fruits of that prosperity (like pain medication).

@heathen_oms @MrsPA_C That’s correct…the way I do it is about 100mg of propofol and 150mg of ketamine, to give you a little window where you don’t need to turn any anesthetic gas on for a few minutes. This is followed by some opioids as they pull the baby out (which usually takes 1-2 minutes.
