20 years ago today, we lost Bob Monkhouse. He was my hero. The best professionally - The best human being. It’s no coincidence that the quality of entertainment television plummeted following Bob’s passing. Nobody will ever come close to him. I adored him. (Photo, 1993).

@putthetellyon The decision shouldn’t have been Rageh’s, to be honest / blunt. The show’s editor should have got one of the reporters on site to take over, or been straight on to network control to get the show off the air and replaced asap. It’s horrendously poor (lack of) decision making.
